My passion for journalism took hold when I was a 16-year-old intern in the newsroom of the Wexford People, my hometown’s local newspaper. From there, I earned a first in Journalism and New Media at the University of Limerick, before serving as a news reporter and a feature writer at two of Ireland’s national newspapers.
